Tips for applicants
- Submit a well-formatted digital CV (typed in Word or PDF). Scanned copies of handwritten or poorly formatted documents will not be considered.
- Include your full name, date of birth, contact number, email address, and current residential address clearly at the top of your CV.
- List all academic qualifications in reverse chronological order — from the most recent degree to the earliest. For each qualification, mention the degree or certificate name, institution, university or board, year of passing, and percentage or CGPA obtained.
- For higher education degrees (B.Ed, M.Ed, GNM, B.Sc Nursing, D.Pharm, B.P.Ed, M.P.Ed, ITEP, D.El.Ed, etc.), clearly state the name and location of the institution, the affiliating university, and the duration of the programme.
- Provide a complete employment history with institution or organisation name, designation, department or subject, and dates of joining and relieving for each position held.
- Attach a recent passport-sized photograph and copies of key documents (marksheets, certificates, experience letters) only if specifically requested in the application form.
- Ensure your contact number and email address are active and regularly checked — all communication regarding your application will be sent to these.
- Double-check your CV for spelling errors, incomplete fields, and formatting inconsistencies before submitting.
